VERSAMED® INTERNACIONAL, S.R.L, a commercial company organized in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, holder of the National Taxpayer Registry (RNC) No. 1-30-36196-7, con domicilio social y oficinas principales ubicadas en la Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte, Plaza Las Ramblas Módulo No. 315, from the city of Santiago, Dominican Republic, (from now on ‘VERSAMED’), is the holder of www.doctorpad.com (from now on ‘El Sitio Web’ ), dedicated to offering the use of a web application called DoctorPad® for the management and control of medical consultations, appointments, patient medical records, prescriptions, etc.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use
These terms of use are signed, on the one hand, by VERSAMED®, which makes the Website available to any Internet user and, on the other, by the user, understood as any natural or legal person who accesses the The Website freely and voluntarily, regardless of whether or not you use the services offered through it.
The user, by the mere fact of visiting, browsing and using the Website in any way, is subject to these terms of use.
Mere access to the Website allows the user to know the services offered therein, as well as to facilitate a series of means of contact between the user and VERSAMED®. The mere access to the Website is free.
However, the main purpose of The Website is to contract the services offered there, fundamentally oriented to the management and control of medical consultations, appointments, patient records, prescriptions. Such services involve costs, as well as the acceptance of the terms of use.
Before contracting the services offered on the Website, it will be necessary to be registered on The Website, for which these terms of use must be accepted.
VERSAMED® tries and uses its best efforts so that the information displayed on the Website is accurate, adequate and updated at all times. However, there may be situations that are beyond your control, so you do not assume any responsibility otherwise.
The user, by the mere fact of accessing the Website, agrees to:
• Use both the Website and any services or functionalities offered in it in compliance with applicable legislation (especially in matters of intellectual and industrial property and data protection), as well as generally accepted morals and good customs, the public order and these terms of use and any others that may be applicable.

Specific Terms of Registration on the Website

Services and registration
The main purpose of registering on The Website is to contract the services offered, mainly oriented to the management and control of medical consultations.
Registration is free but contracting them involves costs as well as acceptance of the terms of use.
At any time the Registered User can access the configuration area and modify its parameters, including aspects such as the data of your account, your photo, add and / or edit offices, specialties and, in general, all those options of administration that VERSAMED® makes available on DoctorPad®.
DoctorPad® trial period
VERSAMED® may grant the possibility of using DoctorPad® during a trial period whose duration will be detailed on The Website and whose terms are the same as those contained in the terms of use.
VERSAMED® reserves the right to limit the use of DoctorPad® in said trial period. Whoever subscribes the trial period will be considered as a "Provisional User", and will tacitly submit to the terms of use in all that is applicable, excluding financial obligations.
When the user subscribes to DoctorPad® during the enjoyment of a trial period, the payment of the same and its confirmation will not take place until after the trial period has ended.
Once the trial period is over, if the "Provisional User" has not made any contract, they will no longer have access to DoctorPad®.
Requirements and registration process
The natural person who materially performs the registration will have the option of choosing a username and password. In case of loss or theft of the same, or of having suspicions of improper access by third parties, it must be communicated immediately through the email address provided (soporte@doctorpad.com) or in customer service, in order to take the appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Once the above requirements have been met, to register, it will be enough to complete the registration form, send it and follow the steps shown on the screen, including the acceptance of these particular registration terms. Once this is done, the user will be considered User
Registered, for the purposes of these Particular Registration Terms.
Obligations of the Registered User
The Registered User agrees to:
- Do not register with several accounts or do so by providing false or inaccurate information or impersonating third parties. In particular, not to register successively with several accounts in order to take advantage of possible promotions or discounts offered by DoctorPad® to new Registered Users.
- Do not use or try to use third party accounts.
- Be solely responsible for any activities carried out from your account.
- Ensure that data and access codes are strictly confidential. The Registered User will assume the damages and losses derived from the violation of said confidentiality.
- Be responsible for the damages suffered or suffered by third parties as a result of the breach of these Specific Registration Terms or any other that may be applicable, such as the General Terms of Use. In particular, you must:
- Keep your account updated.
- Be the only one using your account.
- Do not sell, trade or transfer the account to third parties.
- Do not use third party accounts without their prior and express consent.
- Comply with and meet any other applicable conditions.
Modification and cancellation of the account on the Website
- It is possible to modify the account data or cancel it through the functionalities intended for this purpose on The Website, within the "Account" section.
- Any information stored in an account as a result of subscribing to DoctorPad® remains accessible even after the subscription has ended in reading mode, that is, without the possibility of using it to create new patient consultations or appointments or prescriptions, and without possibility to modify them. The cancellation of an account with stored information may mean the total elimination of said information.
Availability of the Website
- VERSAMED® has no obligation other than what is established in these terms of use.
- As far as possible, VERSAMED® tries to expand and improve The Website. However, the Website will be shown to the user as it is at all times, depending on the availability of the service and other concurrent limitations. It is possible that in some case the
access to the Website is restricted.

- VERSAMED® only provides the support, that is, the software through the web, so that the User can manage their corresponding tasks.
VERSAMED® will not be responsible for any damage and / or loss:
- When the User or the people for whom he must answer are guilty of such damages.
- Caused to third parties.
- Due to loss of data, since it simply provides the Website through the Internet by means of access codes.
- For any circumstance of force majeure, fortuitous event, failure or error of the communication lines, or failure of the Internet network.

Indemnification
- If, as a consequence of breaches of the user, VERSAMED® suffers any type of damage, loss, loss or cost (including attorney and solicitor fees), the user will be obliged to compensate the user.

Safeguarding and interpretation
These terms of use constitute a unique agreement between the user and VERSAMED®.

The non-demand on the part of VERSAMED® of strict compliance with any of the terms of these Conditions, does not constitute nor can it be interpreted in any case as a waiver on its part to demand it in the future.
Language
The language applicable to these terms of use is Spanish. If versions of such terms have been offered in other languages, it has been by mere courtesy, for the user's convenience, and the user expressly accepts that they will be governed by their version in Spanish.
If there is any contradiction between what the Spanish version of these terms says and what their translation says, in any case the Spanish version will prevail.
Legislation and jurisdiction
- The relations between users and VERSAMED® will be governed by Dominican legislation and, in case of conflict, they submit to the courts and tribunals of Santiago de los Caballeros expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. li >

- VERSAMED® will pursue the breach of these terms, as well as any improper use of The Website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
